Stock availability and delivery:

When items are in stock we aim to deliver to mainland UK addresses within 7 – 14 working days. However due to the manufacturing processes involved there may be a delay to fulfil your order within this time frame but we will notify you immediately.

Deliveries will be made using either Royal Mail or a courier to the delivery address you supply.  Parcels must be signed for; if no one is available to do this a card will be left at the delivery address confirming that the carrier has tried to deliver your parcel and it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for your collection.


Currently we are only able to accept online orders for deliveries within the UK. For overseas orders please email or telephone Jenny Mein designs for delivery charges. The recipient is responsible for all import duty, taxes or a formal customs entry fee according to the local legislation.


Payment will be taken at the time of order and you will be notified once your order has been despatched.

If you prefer to pay by cheque please contact us.  Cheques should be made payable to Jenny Mein.  We will need your home address, cheque guaranteed card number, expiry date and issue number (written on the back of your cheque).


If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 28 days to arrange a return.  We will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund  provided that the product(s) are returned complete, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.  When returning an item please ensure you obtain proof of posting.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

  • Re-package the product(s) in their original packaging with an order acknowledgment note stating the reason for the return.  In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault. We will replace where possible or refund the cost in full however in all other circumstances where Jenny Mein Designs is not at fault delivery costs will be your responsibility.
